Educational Qualifications:

Director -> Master Degree or Bachelor Degree holder with excellent academic record. Membership of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, ICSI, ICAI.

Deputy Director, Senior Officer -> Membership of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, ICSI, ICAI.

Assistant Director -> Membership of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, ICSI, ICAI, MBA or equivalent qualifications (Full time courses only).

Officer (IT) -> BE/ B.Tech./ MCA ( Full time courses only).

Officer (Legal) -> Bachelors Degree holder with excellent academic record.  LLB (Full time), LLM from UGC recognized Universities.

Officer (Journal) / Officer (Secretariat) -> Membership of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, ICSI, ICAI, MBA or equivalent qualifications ( Full Time courses only).

Selection Process:

(1) For Officer, Assistant Director Positions -> Written Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

(2) Deputy Director Position -> Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
(3) Director -> Only Personal Interview.
